Can I use additional data for model development?

No. Participants are NOT allowed to use additional public and/or private data (from their own institutions) for extending the provided data. Similarly, using models that were pretrained on such datasets is NOT allowed. This is due to our intentions to provide a fair comparison among the participating methods.

Why am I facing issues when using NVIDIA Ampere cards?

Please use PyTorch installation which is specific to CUDA 11. See this issue for details.

How can I ensure the predictions are in the same space as the input?

Please follow these instructions [ref]:

# read image from where information is to be copied

# get result in the form of a numpy array
npa_res = my_algorithm( # my_algorithm does something fancy with a numpy array
                  sitk.GetArrayFromImage(inputImage) # get array from image
            ) 

# Converting back to SimpleITK 
# (assumes we didn't move the image in space as we copy the information from the original)
result_image = sitk.GetImageFromArray(npa_res)
result_image.CopyInformation(inputImage)

# write the image, and this will have same information as inputImage
sitk.WriteImage(result_image, '/path/to/result.nii.gz')
